Fiona Tan founded Heartworks to prove capability is never defined by circumstance.
Living with Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), social impact entrepreneur Fiona experienced first-hand how talented people are often overlooked when they need flexible, remote work. She also saw a growing demand by corporations and SMEs for skilled remote workers who could scale with business growth and needs. She launched Heartworks in 2021 to bridge both worlds.
Today, Heartworks supports businesses with dependable virtual assistance while creating dignified employment for single mothers, caregivers, stay-at-home mums, and people with health conditions.
